This series is a printing of W.T. Pater's Tasmanian Series cards, apparently for sale in Europe. The front image and layout are unchanged, but the address side lacks the WTP logo.  The printing method is the same as the Tasmanian Series cards. Even the spelling errors in the captions are unchanged!

It is likely that these cards were printed at the same time as the Tasmanian Series, as printers tended not to store bulky lithographic stones or plates.

I have seen only two cards in this series. They are attractive images from an exotic and remote place, and would have appealed to European buyers.
