Remarks: This seems to be a group of tourists on a coach trip on Mt. Wellington.  P.M. Koonin apparently had an arrangement to take photographs of the party when they stopped somewhere along the route.  He probably developed and printed the photos for sale to the passengers, perhaps next day.
