Usage: Correspondence on back, undated.. Not stamped or postmarked. The correspondence was apparently written by someone who lived in Government House, as it says: "The front door is under the clock tower, the door you see in this is our private front door, into the offices and so up to my rooms, so arranged that I can escape at night if I want to.  WGL"
