The card text says:

"View of the Gordon dam and visitor's Reception Centre. The Gordon Dam is the largest concrete arch dam in the Southern Hemisphere. Wall height - 140 m. Length of crest - 190 m"

The card came from a purchased album and has 1980 written on the back, which is probably the date it was collected.
